PRESCHOOL

PRESCHOOL INDEPENDENT:

(ages: 3-4 yrs old without parent assistance)

Class Duration: 55 Minutes        Cost: $320 total for a once per week for a ten week session

• Class Sizes limited to 6-7 children maximum per group. There are multiple classes of each level running every hour.
• Preschool classes introduce athletes to basic stretching, balance beam, bars, and tumbling skills. All classes use lesson plans and evaluations.
• Beginner Target Skills: Gallops, Squat jumps, Straddle, Balance, Forward roll, Standing straddle incline, Cartwheel, Donkey kick floor, Handstand wall, Walk across beam, Front support bar, Bell swing bar, Springboard jumps.
• Intermediate Target skills: Tuck Jump, Crab walks, Seated straddle roll, Cartwheel Star position, Bar jump to Ffont support, Forward roll low bar, Straddle bell swing, Walking forward on beam, Springboard landing. Bounce to starddle on position, Seat drop on tramp.

PRESCHOOL  ADVANCED:

(ages 3.5-4 years old )

Class Duration: 75 Minutes         Cost: $345 total for a once per week for a ten week session
